Selling my 2nd generation Rachio, 8 zones. Only used for one season, in perfect condition with original box, all documentation and original accessories.
Last year my grandmother passed away and I purchased the house (which they built 50 years ago) from the estate. One of the first things I did was install this Rachio. It was only installed for one season, but because the house was owned by family I have the benefit of seeing the previous water bills. In the one season that the controller was installed, the water bill was more than $300 less than previous years.
I’ve been thinking there may be a leak in the in-ground sprinkler system (ground is always wet, even when there hasn’t been rain), so I’m purchasing the 3rd generation controller and water sensor. If you’re not interested in the water sensor, this unit is magnificent.
Lowest used price on Amazon is $160, I’m only looking for $150 OBO. Thanks!
