ST hub 2018 will pair with qwickset 888 and allow me to rename it, but when I try to operate lock it says can’t connect to qwickset 888 now, try again later. Any Ideas. I have three of these locks and all do the same thing.
Try connecting them through the smartthings “Classic” app instead of the “new” smartthings app.

yes I tried that. I also did a factory reset on the qwickset. I have three qwicksets and they all do the same thing. als I left them connected to the hub and the next day they say not connected
They need to be added within a couple feet of your hub. Otherwise they will act like they paired but not actually work.
