So I recently added the new sensors to our setup and I set it up to get notifications when the door is opened or when there is motion while in Away mode. I’m getting the notifications and it’s great.
However, my wife has now asked why she doesn’t get them on her phone. I have looked at the configuration and I can’t see a way to configure the push notifications. I do see the options to send SMS messages, but that seems unnecessary.
We had a v1 hub with 2 accounts and now I’m migrated to the v2 hub…assuming the dual accounts moved over as I’ve read other’s have. Also, my wife’s phone has not been added for presence, she doesn’t want it. Perhaps this is our issue?
