Publish request after cancel

I canceled my publish request.
The status of the request is cancelled.
The NEW REQUEST button is still disabled.
How do I resume a publish request?

Have you tried clearing your browser’s cache just in case there’s a problem with the page refresh?
If this doesn’t solve the problem, could you send me the following details to, please?

  • Type of integration you’re trying to certify
  • Brand name you used for the Publish Request
  • Organization MNID
