I have a GEZ wave in Brighton dimmer that is unresponsive. It won’t even physically turn off the light bulb that’s connected to it. How do I exclude the device because when I go to Z wave exclusion in the new app, it just spins forever and doesn’t do anything.
If it won’t physically turn off the light that it’s wired to, then you have a wiring issue and you need to fix that before anything else. You should probably talk to Jasco support. The number should be in the device manual.
