Problem after migration

I have a very simple action created under the Classic app which has stopped working after migration. It is just this: Turn on a Virtual Device 44 minutes after Sunset. It has worked for about 2 years but after migration the Virtual Device remains Off. Everything else works except actions that test the status of the Virtual Device because it is always off. I can turn on the Virtual Device manually but that is not the point. Any advice? Thanks in advance

Try deleting and recreating it?

I concur, when they forced my migration, I had to dump and recreate many virtual devices as they arbitrarily messed with the IDE.
