[PRE-RELEASE] EchoSistant V5 - Evolution

It’s that time!
Yes, EchoSistant-Evolution is finally going to show its face!

On Jan 4th, we will start a very limited and private Alpha release.

There are a limited number of slots available, so if you want to be the first ones to see what all of the hype is about, PM me.

Please note, if you are a current user of EchoSistant, you will be required to completely uninstall your current version for this upgrade.

But, that long and tedious install that you performed the first time is a thing of the past! We aren’t joking when we say it’s a 15 minute install!

I’d really love to be part of this - I’ve been following this thread with eager anticipation and now bought 12 different echos to cover the whole house ready for this being released

I can’t PM unfortunately however as this is my first post…

Any chance I could still join in?

I don’t have any Sonos (or equivalent) speakers. Does / will EchoSistant support Amazon’s AVS notifications / notification indicators feature, rolled out earlier this year?

And we are in January.

Pretty soon it will be February.

How is the Alpha going? Yes - I’m chomping at the bit here

The alpha is going very well and is progressing the app nicely.

ahhh - I volunteered for the alpha and nothing.

I must be in phase x.

As @bamarayne stated above:
Fyi, the alpha test is full… Actually, it’s over full!

Your prediction is correct.
February is here.

A progress report would be great!

I don’t know if it is related, but isn’t @bamarayne now part of the Hubitat team? If so I wonder what that does to Echosistant for the SmartThings platform.
