We had a power outage: now it says the device is unavailable. We do know that it is locked, but it is just not communicating with our app? Any simple fix for this?
Brand and model of the lock?
Device health is in the cloud, so with a power outage (and aussumed internet loss) it won’t be able to reach your devices to tell if they are online or not. I wouldn’t panic for half a day or so.
Hit refresh a few times, reboot your hub and do a z wave repair. All can be done remotely
