So i bought the POPE012501 back in november 2021, and was using it on battery power for a few months, along with my Aeotec Smart home hub (smartthings)
But i have had at least 3 occurances of the device “locking up” in a loop, where it constantly opens the stricke lock non-stop until the battery is removed/reinserted.
Have anyone else had this occur, or is it just me? When this happens, it keeps opening the door all through the night, so it is a massive security risk. Therefore, it is as of now disconnected, sadly…
