Agreed. I have been a lifetime Plex Pass member since the early days (it was $75 back then). Great service… even more so now that they have a Plex Cloud service (you can use Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to store your pics/movies/music and there is no need to run a service through your firewall).

I had a lifetime subscription I payed for as soon as they came out for 60 or 70 bucks. Then they got more popular and all of the sudden I had to pay annual again. And I can’t show proof of it because the email just said thanks for your payment.
Log on to your Plex account and it will show a “Plex Pass” online. If it does not show, contact billing. They have it on file (I had them reconnect my account about 2 years ago when I purchased a new laptop and they had it on file).
I kept the PayPal receipt from early 2014 but I did not need it as they found my account using my email address.
