# Please Help - Unable to delete smart app

I have a smartapp that is shown in my “SmartApps” section of my ST app that I get an error when trying to access.

“You are not authorized to perform the requested operation”

Im unable to delete from the app or the online console. Any suggestions?

Ive done reboots, power cycles and used the utilites listed via ST.

In the IDE, go to My Locations / List SmartApps / Edit (upper right corner) / scroll to the app and Uninstall.
