Philips Hue LEDs Always Set to a Low Dim Level

I have a bunch of the Hue White LEds and more often than not they will come on nearly completely dimmed. I’d like to blame ST for this one but that would be wrong. I can turn up the level to maximum with both the Philips Hue App and St App and while that may be good for a while, inevitably they will be dimmed down again for no known reason. I can turn on the bulb with ST or a python command (via Eventghost) and there appears to be no guarantee they will be at maximum level.

Anyone experience this and found a solution??

Check all of your smart apps and rules and stuff. I’ll bet that in there somewhere is something telling your bulbs to dim.

What is the live logging saying about it?
