The option to select which devices will appear on the dashboard on the main page of the smartthings app is bugged!
There are 5 blind devices on the Panel, but when selecting which blinds will appear or not, only one device appears. This is happening on several panels, light panels, offline devices, etc. In some cases, I cannot remove devices from the panel and in others, I cannot add them to the panel because they do not appear in the options to select devices on the panel.
Yes This problem has been unresolved for a long time.
Been this way for a minute now, at least on android. Luckily for me I have smartthings on my work phone (i phone) and typically use that to choose devices as it’s not bugged.
I think everything works as long as you don’t add any devices (or virtual devices). Once you add a device, it is not possible to deselect the new device.
All devices that were in use when this feature was introduced will work (possible to select and deselect) .
