Hi all!
I’ve been trying to pair my Weiser Smartcode 10 Traditional Keypad Deadbolt lock with SmartThings on my iPhone with no success.
I’ve successfully factory reset the lock, but when I put the lock in pairing mode it’s not seen by SmartThings.
Weiser support says there’s a way to bypass the lock’s pre-existing pairing to my old security system provider that the lock retained even after the reset.
Does anyone here know what the process/steps are to achieve this? Would really rather use this lock than toss it for this reason!
