Outage this morning - local help?

I was disappointed in losing my automations this morning from the outage, and I’ve seen the outage alerts popping up more. Againvwhile frustrated, you get what you pay for.

Will localizing assist these outages at all? Or will integrations still be dependant on Smartthings and other cloud services?

The best and shortest answer to that will be “it depends”. There are tons of variables that go into what is, will be, or can be local for devices and SmartApps.
