Osram sylvania zigbee bulbs not turning on at 100 percent anymore

Since this new update my osram bulbs are not turning on at 100 percent anymore I can hit the circle thing in the settings on each bulb at it won’t remember it …WTH Samsung.

Now they work normal sometimes super weird.
