For some reason, I am currently unable to control any of my Lightify products. They have all gone rogue. I have lost power several times lately her in central Florida. Currently all of my devices are turned on and if I go around and power cycle them all is when my SmartThings hub will recognize them but I am unable to control them. This is very frustrating. Does anyone have any ideas? I have heard that I should update the firmware. That would be terrific if I could access them. I sure would love to use my lights again. thanks.
Did you try doing a factory reset?
Exclude them from Smartthings do a factory reset, then include them in Smartthings again.
