OSRAM SMART+ Outdoor Plug - "DID NOT PARSE MESSAGE for description : catchall"

Greetings all,

I’ve added a OSRAM Smart+ Outdoor Plug to my smartthings ZigBee network recently, replacing a IKEA Tradfri plug that was in a drybox.

All seemed to be working well, however the plug has started dropping off the network and the live log shows a number of messages like

<id> 07:56:28: debug [raw:0104 0006 03 01 0000 00 FA5A 00 00 0000 07 01 00, profileId:0104, clusterId:0006, sourceEndpoint:03, destinationEndpoint:01, options:0000, messageType:00, dni:FA5A, isClusterSpecific:false, isManufacturerSpecific:false, manufacturerId:0000, command:07, direction:01, data:[00], clusterInt:6, commandInt:7]
<id> 07:56:28: warn DID NOT PARSE MESSAGE for description : catchall: 0104 0006 03 01 0000 00 FA5A 00 00 0000 07 01 00

As i was placing the plug in the same location as the prior ikea i am confident that signal strength is good, the unit is within 2m of the hub but seperated by the outside wall of the house. The remainder of my network consists of a variety of OSRAM Bulbs, Wemo Bulbs and IKEA plugs.

I’ve had issues with some fairly cheap ZWave plugs previously dropping off the Zwave network (these are now relegated to things in the same room as the hub), but never any zigbee issues in the past.

Am i right to system the warn message above as an indication of a handler problem? ive had a search but have not been able to locate an updated handler.
