Osram Lightify single LED bulb stopped working

I have a single bulb that has disconnected from the network. I would like to just replace the bulb with the same kind that I already have. Is there a way to do this without adding a new device and thus having to reprogram all of my timers and groups?

A should add that this bulb was added directly to SM as a zigbee device. Not through the now defunct Lightify network bridge.
