Orvibo temperature/humidity only displaying temperature

Hi. I’m a real newbie at this whole HA system so am paddling around in the dark a fair bit.

I have a couple of Orvibo Temperature/Humidity sensors.

They appeared to have paired with the SmartThings hub as they display both temperature & humidity on the SmartThings device screen. But:-

The “Activity” just shows the temperature activity, no mention of humidity.
Google Home links to SmartThings but only show the “Device setting”, no readings.

Can anyone offer some words of advise please.

I have the same sensors however it just shows up as a “thing” initially for me. does someone have a script for it?
