The product has been steadily been going down hill. The app takes 35+ seconds to load on my recent vintage android phone. The geofence is a joke, and overall response time if the alarm goes off is unacceptable- 99% of the time it’s just an error I made but I can’t quickly kill the alarm.
I’ve been very happy with the product for years but now it’s unstable at best. I’d love to get it back to where it was - how? If not I’ll move on.
