That’s the problem! Unless the device is successfully paired–you’ll see this when the Model and Manufacturer Code are non-zero–the assigned driver will be a default. Usually something very simple, like a generic “Z-Wave Switch.”
Try again, first removing the device from your hub, then re-join it. It may take a couple of tries, particularly if the Z-Wave mesh isn’t strong where the device is located.
