Are you using a DTH from the GitHub repo linked at the top of this thread?

There are newer updated Xiaomi device DTHs with fixes and improvements available and discussed on a different thread, [here](https://community.smartthings.com/t/original-aqara-xiaomi-zigbee-sensors-contact-temp-motion-button-outlet-leak-etc/113253/804).

I suggest to try using the updated Xiaomi temperature / humidity sensor DTH.
