That doesn’t mean they are obsolete… no?
It just means that your local copy is out of date (i.e., it has been updated in GitHub) and you can select it for pulling into your IDE to update it.
I’m not sure exactly which Repo you are pointing to, but you can get more info by browsing https://www.github.com directly too… where you can see the change history of the particular Repo & files.
