The way the temperature reports are handled in the two device handlers is not ideal. Now that I understand DTHs a lot better, it’s a pretty easy fix. I just want to test it first.

Based on my testing, if I change the code to use SmartThings recommended method to parse temperature reports, then the ability to report values with 0.1 precision will be lost. Only rounded integer values will be given in temperature reports.

So I am asking about this on the Hub Firmware 25.x Beta thread.
