I had the same problem, but upon reading above, it says this app is dead. Not working. Changed by Arlo and SmartThings.
That’s too bad and rather annoying.
This SmartThings support board/Wiki/whatever-it-is is also very annoying. Had it been a normal web page that I could more easily search with a browser scroll and ctrl-F, I would scrolled to the bottom before I started trying it…and saw that people had problems.
Who creates a web page and overrides ctrl-F on it?
