OAuth In App in production?

Hi SmartThings developers,

i have created a OAuth In App for user signIn using SmartThings cloud and further smart home devices control.

In production OAuth In App has a limit of 500 users’ signIns with different locations which is not feasible for me.

Are there some procedures, aggreements or sort i have to go through with SmartThings?
