Nvidia shield Smartthings USB hub and Sylvania smart+ br30 rgbw ‘tile missing’ not working issues.
Hi all, just purchased the USB for my Nvidia shield and I have bulbs from Osram and sengled that work fine on the smarthings app from a connection and control.
The above Sylvania which is listed as compatible however appear on ‘add things’ as a ‘thing’ device and when I paid it, it appears on the app as ‘tile missing’ where I cannot do anything.
When I log onto the website account, I can delete the item, and also the whole make, model, and spec of the bulb shows up.
Why does it not work like the other bulbs in the smarthings s app on Android on Samsung s8+?
I wanted spotlights in br30 format as well as my a19’s.
If this model does not work, can anoyone suggest br30 colour light that does?
