Notification of pressure pump running for longer than 10 minutes

Hi there - I’m new to this forum, so please bear with me…

I have an apartment that is rented out. We have just installed a water pressure pump to improve the usability and comfort, as the pressure was atrocious.

I want a means of checking that there is no sudden water pipe burst or leak, and if possible a means of turning the pump off/on remotely.

Is there a simple measurement / notification item that can send me either an sms or email if the pump is running for longer than say 10 minutes. This is about the time that it would take to fill the bath normally.

The pump is on a standard 220V AC outlet plug, on a dedicated circuit.
The sensor / notification unit could be fitted either to the circuit breaker in the distribution board, or to the outlet plug.

I really appreciate your guidance and assistance!

Thanks
Alain

You can use CoRE or WebCoRE to create a rule to notify you if a switch is left on for more than X minutes.

Nope -I’m in South Africa……… your website came up from a Google search…….

I will try to source something locally!

Thanks
