Nothing works, how to debug?

Just purchased smartthings hub and a few modules. Nothing works.
Where do I start to try to debug this?

I have a jasco appliance module. Trying to add via iphone app. Phone just spins forever.
Also a smartsense moisture. Doesn’t work either.

So you were able to add the hub, but nothing else?

You can access direct support in the app, or e-mail them at support@smartthings.com.

I would try putting your hub into exclusion mode and get the devices unpaired before pairing again. I realize that they are new to you, but sometimes they need to be excluded before the can be added to your hub.

@Tara - yes the best thing to do is contact support@smartthings.com or via in-app support. There are a few simple things to try to get you going.
