My mobile phone only get alerts when connected to WiFi but will not receive any alert when I’m away and connected to cellular network. As soon as I get home connected to my wifi that’s when my phone received all the alerts. The status is away and armed and I can tell by looking at the ST app that motion is detected but no alerts. Any help?
Check your settings for the SmartThings app to ensure that cellular data is not switched off.

Data is ON. In fact, I’m typing this while I’m on cellular network. I’m getting email alert, Facebook, Google+, Twitter, life360 alerts.
Andriod, ios or windows.
