A few days after upgrading to iOS App 2.0, my husband and I stop receiving push notifications. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, logged in/out, checked my notification permissions, turned off/on in the app. And nothing! I put in a support ticket, but nothing yet.
Sadly, I did not get a notification that I left my garage open overnight last weekend and my bike was stolen
You might want to log into the IDE and watch the live logging while something happens that should initiate a push notification. The log entry might give you a clue or you can post it here for someone else to take a look at.
If both you and your husband have ST installed and both haven’t been getting push notifications, I would think that represents something in the ST system rather than locally on your phone, but beyond that, I’m not sure.
