For the last 6 months, I have had non-stop issues, with ST not responding by app or voice. Seems like I get 1 or 2 issue reports a day from ST support.
I have fixed SmartThings.
I am in the process of removing all ST devices, and the hub from my home. Problem solved.
I am installing Treatlife Wi-Fi devices that do not require a hub. These devices have worked flawlessly and are 1/4 the price or less than z wave & zigbee devices.
