Newbie: Screwed up: Need Help. Setting up my wife iPhone

Ok. So my wife downloaded the app and signed up before I had a chance to invite her.

Now when I try to invite her I get:

A user with email already has access to an account.

How do I fix this? The goal here is that my wife phone share the same info as I do and that I can setup alerts based on our presence.

Contact support and ask them to delete her account.

Log in to IDE using her account and go to My Location. You should be able to see her email listed there. Click that then click delete. You should be able to invite her again using your mobile app.
