New update functionality does not work with routines

Tried update … still shows date in the past after… apparently now we need to delete and redo our routines daily

timeOfDay time 11:56 PM EST

update also not working for smart lighting this is after updating a rule to turn lights on and off at a certain time… still in past

changing time and updating the smart lighting app also not working… apparently we need to delete and re-do that as well.
