I just set up SmartThings hub and connected my Schlegel Connect door lock. Everything seems to work at times. Most of the time the door lock does not respond. Sometimes I tell it to unlock and it takes 30+ seconds to respond. The hub is a good distance away but when I did the initial painting it had no problem connecting. The hub is on the second floor with the router. Do i need to move it downstairs maybe using a wireless access point?
The further from the router and the closer to the lock the better. Locks also have more security when pairing, so being far away may have caused part of that process to fail.
