If the green light on your hub is blinking and nothing is found, it’s most likely that the device is not in pairing mode.
Have you tried a different device that is easy to put into pairing mode to rule out any issues with the hub?
Unlikely, but as a last resort you could try a fresh battery
Yes. Double checked blinking green led on hub.
Wireless indicator on the sensor LCD screen blinks for about 30 seconds then gives up. So pretty sure it’s in pairing mode …

I was able to add an old ecosmart ZigBee bulb to hub no problem.
So it’s not the hub. So it’s either hub software update broke it or a bad sensor if everyone can add except me.
Does anyone with latest firmware able to try to delete and re-add if it’s not too hard to do so?

Anyone knows when is the next hub update or how often? I don’t want to lose my window to return the sonoff sensor if it’s not going to work.

I tested today in my remote location.
I deleted SNZB-02D and then paired it again without any problem.
Pairing was successful with the first Scan nearby attempt.
During pairing, SNZB-02D was 20 cm away from the hub.
My hub is SmartThings V3 and firmware is 54.10.
SNZB-02D firmware in AWA is 00001009.
Thanks a lot for trying. The only difference now is that your hub is v3. Will give it another shot.
Note: i wanted to get another sonoff device to test with and noticed all of a sudden most sonoff sensors disappeared from Amazon… weird…
