No batteries, the Pro’s replace your existing doorbell and wire directly to the transformer. Easy install if you have a doorbell already. If you don’t, you will need to find you’re transformer which most homes already have or get one at your local hardware store

I ordered my Ring Pro from Dave waay back in early April, and I received it within four days of order. I’m the slow one here, not Dave!
It works beautifully and is even the newer Pro hardware with the ambient light sensor in it!
I can’t give my condo as good a review - I still can’t find the blasted doorbell transformer! Fortunately, I didn’t have to in the long run.
