New Light Bulbs Blinking Constantly

I am brand new. Using SmartThings with an Aeotec hub. Tried to add two ThirdReality zigbee light bulbs. SmartThings found the bulbs but when I have the dimmer up to 100% really anything above 6% then the bulbs blink constantly. Don’t know how to just get them to work at whatever I want. Can anyone tell me how?

Hi, @mmkillough

Have you seen if there are events in the history for on/off during this time?
It would be convenient to see if the device is reporting these changes to at least know the device is acknowledging the “blink”.

Also if I put them on a color like blue or pink they don’t blink. But if I just want white they blink above 4%.

Are your bulbs connected to a dimmer (wall)?

Yes in the USA and yes they are on a dimmer switch but the dimmer is at highest level.

There’s your problem. Don’t do that.

Thank you. It will take me the time to order a regular switch to switch it out but at least I know it’s fixable. :smiley:

And I installed the plain rocker switch and now the bulbs are working beautifully. Thanks for the help.
