New App Smartthings Members

Hi everyone, please help with a problem I’m having, I’m using the new app, and I added a family member (my wife) everything was right, but now when I add an automation based on presence there is three family members myself and my wife member twice, my wife member from the new smartthings, and an old one I created on the old smartthings.

I spend hours trying to delete the second user with no results, please help

I would highly recommend moving back to the ST Classic app and avoid using the new app until prompted to do so. The new app does not currently have many of the features that are available in the Classic app. read more in the following thread…
