How does the new Smartthings app know the difference between my Samsung S9 plus and my Samsung S6 table? I’m signed into both in the new app. If I leave home with my phone, won’t the app still think I’m home because my S6 table is still at home?
In the ST app, you need to manually enable “get location from this tablet or phone” in menu > settings… in order for that device to use the presence feature. As long as you have not enabled it on your tablet, you are Good.
In other words, only enable it on your phone
