This has been an issue for a while now. Quick search returns the following:

It seems to be a recurring problem. I went in to the netatmo connect smartapp and re-authorized it and it’s working again

Honestly, I have been trying to live with the Netatmo (and any other cloud to cloud integrations) for almost two years. Long ago I moved anything critical to my setup (I use it to drive my HVAC) to Everspring Z-wave devices, which by the way are incredible. I have a Netatmo ‘room’ where I put the integrations, but it loses connection about every 3-4 days. I absolutely love my Netatmos and use them outside of ST frequently, but the integration with ST is basically a lie. Its useless. When it’s supposed to be working it disassociated every couple of days. I wont even mention the several many month long outages where it was a ‘known issue’ that it didn’t work at all. Funny how the marketing about the integration never ceased.

Netatmo Integration

I am a very new smart things user, i gotta say am a little peeved and surprised with how broke some of the integration’s are and are being advertised as working in the marketing blurb, when they do not. So i have some issues with the Netatmo integration, when trying to add the integration i get a error 500 regardig the oauth key, i saw the post regarding a workaround for UK users, but i am unable to do that either, in the IDE when selecting the Netatmo when selecting from a template i am unable to select any of the Netatmo smart apps or devices, when clicking nothing happens and the code from the previously selected template is still shown. I saw others reporting back that even though they had it working it stopped after a few days. i think potentially i may know how to resolve that, but…
