I received e-mail from Nest indicating they are bringing back a Dropcam feature called “Spaces”. OK, so it has taken them over a year to return the feature.
However, this release takes away another feature. It no longer pushes a snapshot when there is a motion event. This makes it even less functional unless you buy into their subscription service.
And when will they return account sharing without full control?
I also don’t like how they added the Nest Aware banner ad at the bottom of the desktop version. At least they got rid of most of the crashes introduced when they released Nest.
