I have perhaps 7 of those (orange ring) working just fine. Bought another 4 and they simply will not work correctly. I can connect them (very close to the HUB) but when I move them they will not “listen” to commands although I can see them. After few hours they go offline. Exactly same model I installed few months ago works just fine. Resetted, rebooted hub (waited for an hour) noting helps. Any ideas ?
Go to the advanced features page for the official web user interface to your account and check the details for one of the plugs that works and one that doesn’t. They might be using a different edge driver, the firmware might have changed, you can just look to see if anything is different.
