Need to run scenes when power outage is detected by aeotec energy Home meter V1

Hi, I have backup power at home and I need to run a scene and interact with switches when there is a power outage. I use the aeotec energy home meter V1 and so far it detects the power outage and I was able to configure an alert when that happens, but there is no app associated with that device that lets me interact with scenes and switches when it detects 0 Watts. Do you know if it’s possible to find an app like that?

Assuming you still have network (cloud) connectivity, webCoRE could provide a good solution for this.
