I can’t figure this out one for the life of me. I bought a wws15z-1 and wt00z-1 but I can’t figure out how to rewire them. I swear I have tried every combination.

Whats not pictured is another box with all 3 wires run to the switch.

These switches require neutral wires and the box pictured has no neutral and all white wires are either used as a traveler or carrying the load back to the other switch. Assuming you have the line (power from breaker) and a neutral in the other box you will have to install your main switch there and the aux in this box. You can rewire it to send the neutral to this box.

A picture of the other box with notations of each wire will help us on the community help you.
