I simply cannot get the Sonoff SNZB-02P integrated into my 2025 Samsung Q7F model. The TV supposedly has a built-in hub, but it isn’t working. I’ve already installed the Edge Drivers by M.Colmenarejo, and the devices are detected in both the Tuya and Smart Life apps—even all my cheap sensors from AliExpress show up there.
However, they aren’t detected in the SmartThings app, and consequently, not on the TV either. What exactly do I need so that the TV recognizes all these sensors? When I try to authorize SmartThings as a third-party service within the Tuya app, I always get the error message:
“‘redirect_uri’ could not be validated.”
Please let me know what I’m doing wrong and exactly what I need to get my Zigbee sensors recognized in the SmartThings app and, especially, on the TV. My Ring and Tapo cameras and smart plugs show up there, but not a single temperature sensor.

I do not have this model of Samsung TV but I have another 2025 Samsung TV with a built in hub.
I am away from home now, but if you go to settings about this TV (not the exact menu) and scroll slowly down you should find the SmartThings section that confirms that it does really have a build in hub.
If I remember properly, my built in hub needed to be activated via (SmartThings?) menu (I did not do so because I have a standalone SmartThings Hub; 2015 V2).
I hope this helps, or maybe somebody has more details.
Hello. Thanks for your reply. When I go to the hub in the SmartThings app, it always says that the SmartThings dongle is disconnected. Do I actually need an additional device—like a dongle—for this?
I had always understood it to work without one; after all, the cameras and everything else are detected and work using just the hub. And the Hub is online of course
Which affordable option can be used for that? That Samsung Smart Dongle isn’t available for purchase anymore—at least not in Germany. I do have an Aqara M100 Hub, though; is that any use?
The SNZB-02P works just fine with the stock driver, no need for any 3rd party or community drivers.
[edit] You still need a Zigbee host obviously. Try the Aqara hub, why not, even though that one might have worked better with Aqara’s own temperature sensor.
SONOFF’s own hubs range from fairly minimal Zbbridge-P to brandnew “BridgeMax” with Matter bridge. Today I’d prefer the latter, for potentially the Matter bridge will interface to ST locally not cloud-to-cloud.
That is way too expensive for me. It’s actually sad that Samsung advertises the fact that the TV has a built-in hub, yet you still have to buy an extra one. I’d rather just keep using the Tuya app; it recognizes everything anyway—unless someone knows of another, cheaper alternative.

It does have a built in Hub. It just doesn’t have a Zigbee radio, which is what the optional dongle provides. It doesn’t have a Zwave radio, a Thread radio or an IR blaster either. It’s still a SmartThings hub, each supports different smart home protocols and technologies.
The fact that it allows expansion with Zigbee is a positive thing. Most users wouldn’t need it so they make it optional.
I started my SmartThings journey several years ago with a second hand V2 (2015) SmartThings Hub purchased on eBay. It was not expensive, £13 in the UK (20$).
The best money I ever spent. It is still my main hub to this day, and continues to get the latest firmware from SmartThings.
There are always showing up on eBay, Even V3 hubs appear for a reasonable price.
If you are into smart homes you will not regret buying a (SmartThings) hub.

The ET-WV523 was sold in Europe exclusively for the Vodafone “V-Home” ecosystem. Since Vodafone has discontinued the “V-Home” service, such hubs will no longer receive firmware updates. It never received updates after Edge Drivers were introduced.
