I’m exploring ways to integrate my SMA solar account with SmartThings to monitor energy production and potentially trigger automations based on solar output.
I tried linking my account via Energy → Link to Partners → SMA Solar, but I keep getting an error: “There was a problem connecting. Try again. If this problem continues, contact Customer Service.”
Has anyone here successfully connected their SMA system to SmartThings natively? If so, I’d love to hear how you did it—any tips, workarounds, or insights would be greatly appreciated.
