My zigbee Hub has lost connection to the smartthings cloud

For two days now my smartthings hub/wi-fi has been completely offline despite turning the power off and on more than once. Consequently, all my zigbee devices and automations are also offline. Can anyone help me solve this big problem?

i think its best to contact smartthings support.

meanwhile you could try to reset wifi information of the ST hub and/or try ethernet connectivity to hub.
