My routine has stop working

I have been using ST for 8-9 years and its great. But lately a couple of my routines are not working?

The first routine as follows: if the garage door opened between 7pm and 7am, the garage and front lights would come and only stay on for 2 minutes.

The other was if my Ring camera detected motion it would turn on the front lights for a minute.

This has worked for years but not now. Maybe I’m getting too old..lol

I’ve tried to recreate those but to no avail!

If anyone could help me with this it would be very much appreciated

Have you reported this to Customer Support? This falls within their scope and there are no agents present here in the Community.
You can do it by following these steps:

  1. Open the SmartThings app
  2. Go to the menu tab at the bottom-right corner.
  3. On this page, select the option “contact us” and then go to “Error reports”
  4. Select the topic related to your issue and follow the steps to submit your support request
